Long Awaited Update!

After much persistant request, here is a little update. The photos are from the airport(Jonahs and Elizas first airplane ride with chaparones Alvie and Danny). And a short ice skating adventure the kids had together in Reno.

Swimming is over for Jonah and he is awaiting with great anticipation Water Polo Session. He is missing the weight room emmensoly and is considering early morning seminary-just to have enough elective classes. I am not sure he is going to get a teacher to agree though.

Eliza is continuing with her piano lessons and with honor chior. She loves to sing, write story books and illistrate her own pictures.

Danny is working on mission papers to submit in April, Alvie is getting 100% on Chemistry and Bilology quizzes! and Sariah is enjoying the community college, her early morning work outs and a job that offers health insurance.

I am pre-approved for a home loan. Now to find the right home, at the right price, in Cedar High district.

great pictures-
good luck with the house search.
After searching for a car, I can only imagine what it we be when we start house shopping (years down the line...)

Hey Net,

Good to hear from and see you all. Eliza looks so grown up. She is a little Young Lady. I love to ice skate. It looks like so much fun. I think that water polo boys are hunks! Thanks for the update!

We used Google Live Earth. I found the temple, and then started looking at the neighborhoods around it. I felt really good about Highlands Ranch, and that is where we focused our search. Years earlier, we were searching in Ontario and I felt the Spirit very strongly on this one street. It was so specific that you could drive up and down the street and feel it get stronger and then weaker. The strong spot was right in this particular intersection. But there were no houses for sale there. We would keep going back and looking just in case. On one trip we saw a "moving yard sale" sign and we found out it was a rental....right in front of that intersection. I contacted the owner and convinced him to sell it to us, and that is how we got the Bonnie Brae house.

I can't believe how tall Jonah is! I love ice skating--I wish I could convince James to go with me!
