4210 West 275 North, Cedar City Utah. 84720. yes, thats right just two doors down from where we now live. I recieved one key tonight, and a faxed copy of the recored deed of trust(sold for $10). Utah is a nondisclose state! The home is about 500 sqare feet larger than the one I am in now. Two bedrooms are larger than my current master bedroom. Both bathrooms are 2 times or 3 times larger. One having a jetted tub. I now have two linen closets incomparision to zero. We have a cement pation in the back yard and a gas oven in the kitchen. It even faces south for easy melting of the winter snow off the drive way. It is a great starter home for us with the only thing I don't like is it is a twin home connecting on the garage side of the home. No neighbors yet. Best of all I locked in at 5.5% fixed interest rate. We move Saturday!

CONGRATS!!!!! What a blessing! And Nette, many many houses out here on the east coast are joined together, at least yours is the garage, a lot of them out here are joined in the middle by the bedrooms. Not too shabby. Looks great. You did good!
